(Greeting card purchased at Jerrol's--adding to my pile of small lovelies to frame.)
Dare we imagine the advent of spring? I'm counting on you not to spend ALL of your time in the garden, so what are you thinking of making?
Do your color preferences shift?
Do you enjoy working with plant-based fibers more in the warmer months?
Is it a time for accessories, layering pieces, or short sleeved sweaters?
Or do you just power ahead, so that you'll have new cozy woolies ready for when the weather turns again. (We can enjoy the making without dwelling on that TOO much.)
Current open hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-3:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturdays, 9am-4pm.
In-store shopping: masks are optional (but welcome) as of March 12. Thanks for your help in keeping my business open to the public!

Have you ever participated in one of designer Romi Hill's mystery knitalongs? Her lace designs are among the most beautiful out there, and this year is her tenth (!) annual mystery shawl. Pick two skeins of fingering weight yarn, purchase the pattern on Ravelry ($7-15 priced according to a "pay what you can" model), and get ready to cast on April 22nd.
You can view all fingering weight yarn here. Skeins shown are, left to right, Apple Fiber Studio Pretty Pretty Yarn Club Pelagic Zone and Tiny Bubbles; Dream in Color Smooshy Cashmere Power Plant and Mint Drop; Essence of Autumn Heather Sock in Pearl of Cortez and Wheat; and Candy Skein Luscious Fingering in French Macaron and Essence of Autumn Heather Sock in Terracotta.
I started the Kitties Are Cute Cowl--super fun with highlighter-bright colors on a black background. I will have kits to offer just as soon as I've gauged final yarn quantities--I think there is enough yarn for both hat and cowl, for either children or adults!
