We received a fresh supply of Purl Strings, including a few colors we haven’t had previously. I thought they had a real Easter Egg/jelly bean vibe!

We also have copies of Bright, a new multi-format publication from the team at Making. Bright features a blend of print, digital, and audio features to create a multi-sensory experience. And don’t forget, we have the next issue of Making (which releases on Friday) available for pre-order here. Order now, and you can pick up (or we’ll mail) on Friday.

Girl's Night Out returns on Thursday, April 28th. You’ll find great deals, refreshments, giveaways and more throughout downtown, and every $25 spent gets you a raffle ticket to enter to win an incredible gift basket filled with gifts from participating businesses!

At Yarn Folk, we’ll be featuring 20% off embroidery, cross stitch, and needle felting kits; a chance to win a $50 gift certificate with all email sign-ups or confirmations; plus we’ll have a “preview menu” of all we have planned for LYS Day on Saturday, April 30th. Mark both dates on your calendars, and we’ll see you next week!

Thank you to the Ellensburg Downtown Association and event sponsors Collective Interiors, Gard Vintners, and Gallery One.

I finished the colorblocked Annabella's Cowl. (Although it hasn’t had its final bath yet.) Three balls of Wool Addicts Honor makes a very generous cowl—two would honestly work, and it would be great with two balls of a single color, too.  Honor is a fuzzy half wool, half alpaca blend, and it’s delightfully cozy.
