April 28, 2024

Good morning, and thank you for your support while I was navigating a crisis that called for clarity on what it means to put family first. Handling a small amount of work now doesn't mean that everything is back to normal; it just means that reaching out to offer the chance to participate in some of the LYS Day offers this year fits into a couple of hours of my Sunday morning. I can't emphasize enough how much messages of support meant, even though I was not able to respond individually.

I'm going to do my best to succinctly list the kits and offers below, along with the time restrictions; if you order something and I don't get the relevant code to you in time for you to use it, please know that I am the person responsible for making it right. Reach out to me.

Casapinka's LYS Day pattern this year is the Local Yarn Cowl. You can find the pattern on Ravelry here, and the pattern codes are good until 8pm Pacific Time. If you purchase a kit, or any two skeins of fingering weight yarn and you order before 7:45pm, I will get you the unique code that makes the pattern free. I created a number of kits, and you can find those here.

Sarah Korth is offering a gorgeous crochet design, the Harper Scarf. Take a look on Ravelry here. It's available with purchase of two skeins of fingering weight yarn, and I selected some possible options here.

A Peony for Your Thoughts is a beautiful scarf designed for two skeins of Tosh Merino Light, shown here in the LYS Day Color, Spring Fever. This offer is not as time sensitive; the pattern code will work until the end of May.

Jessica Ays of Double the Stitches is offering codes for the Trust Fall Shawl with purchase of ~750 yards of DK weight yarn. The pattern is here, and you can view our selection of DK weight yarn here and sport weight here.

A couple of additional offers:

Purchase any yarn from Blue Sky Fibers, and get a coupon code for your choice of any of their patterns, good at their website or on Ravelry through April 29th.

Our Stock of Blue Sky Fibers yarns is here.

And last but not least are a knit and crochet cowl pair, Pixel & Byte, free with your purchase of any Berroco purchase. These patterns will be sent as a PDF by Yarn Folk.

Thank you again for all of your supportive words. Here's to good stitching, and better days ahead.
