January 9-11 Yarn Folk will be closed from January 9-11. Online orders placed after 3pm on January 7 will be sent out on January 11.

We received a box of stripey joy from Julia of Knitterly Things last week--what doesn't Vesper Sock make happier? Each skein features ~5-7 colors, and the stripes are approximately 1/2". (It's also the perfect gift for a sock knitting pal. Pair it with an extra set of sock needles if you know their preferred sock knitting method, since there's no such thing as too many sock needles.) (That's a rule. I made it up.)
We also brought in some sweet wool felt applique kits from Corrine Lapierre for when you want a bit of fiber-y hand sewing. They also make sweet presents--the designs are charming.
