It's the in-between bits that are tricky, right? And I'm not sure I buy the concept of the IN box being less voluminous than the OUT box....
Current open hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-3:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturdays, 9am-4pm.
In-store shopping: masks are optional (but welcome and appreciated).

Schedule changes related to winter weather will be posted on the door if possible, as well as on Instagram, Facebook, and Google. If roads are crummy on a Saturday, opening time will likely be delayed until 11:30.
Gartergan KAL
January 14-February 28
Pattern here. This KAL will be self-directed, but please feel free to join in on Saturday social stitching, or to reach out for assistance. The beginning steps are well-designed and explained, but the cardigan starts out a bit differently than most, and I am happy to field questions! Recommended gauge is 20 stitches / 4"--lots of options will work for this! (Lore, Loch Lomond, Tosh DK, Encore, Lanas, Ultra Wool, Rios, Forge, Woolstok...)

Modern Daily Knitting Field Guide No. 23 features the Scandinavian knitting duo Arne & Carlos, and four patterns for modern, cheerful stranded colorwork. We also have back issues of every Field Guide by No. 19 available!
February's Pretty Pretty Yarn Club skeins arrived last week, and our friends at Apple Fiber Studios have leaned into that need for bright cheery colors to get ourselves through the next stretch of winter. I do love a pair of secretly eye-popping socks, and the base that Pretty Pretty Yarn Club is dyed on, Gala, is an excellent sock yarn. My socks match what I'm wearing maybe 50% of the time, max, but they make me happy 100% of the time!
We also received a big restock of Plymouth Encore and Encore Mega (and a few colors of Encore Mega Colorspun), along with six colors of a 100% anti-pill acrylic worsted weight called Soft Serve. Plymouth published several free patterns for this yarn, including a baby cardigan, and two blankets (one stroller sized, and one crib sized) and they are linked on the product page.

The same projects (Gartergan in Lore, Favourite Sweater from the Sweater Weather Sock Collection, the Pressed Flowers Cardi in Lanas Light and Dulce, the Mended Plaid Cowl in Loch Lomond, and the Sophie Scarf in Lamb & Goat and Billy Kid Silk) are all 1-4" taller than they were last week. I seem to have wound yarn for a new project (a Versa Cowl in Knitted Wit Worsted)--but I think I have talked myself into finishing the Mended Plaid Cowl before actually casting on. It's close enough to completion that it shouldn't be too painful....
