If you have loved ones shopping for you, or if you're shopping for a stitching friend or family member, we've got gift cards online, along with stocking stuffers in the shop. As always, we make every effort to ship orders the day they are received, but as we all know, the delivery services are handling big volumes, and we are in "cross your fingers!" territory.
And just a reminder, this Friday, we'll be closing at 3:30pm instead of 5pm, and will be closed on Saturday and Sunday as well. That schedule will repeat the following week for New Years. Happy holidays to all!
Current open hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-3:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 5pm and Saturdays, 9am-4pm.
In-store shopping: masks are REQUIRED for all guests over age 2. Thanks for your help in keeping my business open to the public!

Berroco Ultra Wool Baby Collection -- November 12 - December 31
We finished up a batch of Kiko Drawstring Bags--these are all the medium size, great for 1-2 skein projects. Just one of several fabric combinations shown!
Retired shop samples remaining from Girls Night Out are still available in the shop, and we've listed them online as well. All are priced at $35, and 50% of the proceeds go to the Ellensburg Cold Weather Shelter.
Most of my stitching time this week was devoted to some last minute holiday gifts (because that's how I roll). Above, a couple of Scrubbin' Nubbins Dishcloths, made to add to a Green Bow Farm Ellensburg Holiday Box. I used Bamboo Pop--one ball is enough yarn for three (but I only had time for two)!
I then moved on to a pair of bulky mittens for a very, very knitworthy recipient. Yankee Knitter Designs patterns are so reliable, and the Piper Mittens are sized from child small to medium/large adult (and there is a matching hat). I knew I wanted these to be extra-toasty, so I combined a leftover half-skein of Malabrigo Rios in Pearl Ten with a ball of Wool Addicts Honor in Black. I had just enough of both yarns to make the next-to-largest size with some added length. The project also fit nicely into the time available to make it--I started at around lunch time on Sunday, and finished that evening (with some baking and chores squeezed in between).
