This pattern is a unique take on a stranded colorwork cowl, knit in the round, working in a tube from left to right of the pattern. A provisional cast on and Kitchener stitch create a seamless finish when joined in the round.
This pattern plays with mixing colorwork and texture to create a “woven” finish. Inspired by visible mending, this interlocking pattern lets knitters choose how yarns come together to create different blends of color, weight, and/or fiber content.
Kits include yarn quantities for the adult medium option using a main color and three contrast colors. Kit prices vary according to component yarns. Pattern is not included and can be purchased here.
